In a Sept. 15 press release KLIM announced the release of its next-generation helmet, the new F5. Custom-engineered to allow riders to ride all day, the new F5 helmet is built to get rid of heat and provide next-level comfort.

This begins with keeping a cool head and killing fatigue. The KLIM F5 does that by revolutionizing the way a helmet is engineered and constructed. Featuring a full KLIM KARBON Fiber shell, the F5 is one of the lightest helmets in the world.

“Eliminating bulk from on top of your head makes you more comfortable,” the KLIM release stated. “Your neck and shoulder muscles won’t have to work so hard stabilizing the mass of the helmet, giving you more energy. More energy at the end of the day means more riding, and everyone likes more riding.”

The F5 also features improved ventilation using a proprietary system of 17 wind tunnel-tested intake vents and 10 exhaust ports. This Direct Vent EPS structure claims to be as comfortable at speed as it is while sitting at a standstill.

The new F5 KLIM comes in sizes from Small to XXX-Large fitments and includes a helmet bag, spare visor/peak and a breath box and Windstopper liner for effective extreme cold temperature use. It’s spendy – at nearly $500 – but especially active riders are giving it a big thunmbs-up. Go to a KLIM dealer or visit
